Informed Citizens Commission (ICC)
Structure
The Informed Citizens Commission would be led by independent commissioners selected from a pool of volunteer citizens vetted and balanced on non-partisan, non-class, and non-social segment basis.
Voters Information Division
The Voters Information Division would be an independent, SEC-type entity. The SEC ensures shareholders have accurate and adequate information from businesses for free and fair capital markets. The ICC Voters Information Division would ensure voters have accurate and adequate information from candidates so they can elect the most qualified leaders.
Employees Information Division
The Employees Information Division would be an independent, SEC-type entity. The SEC
ensures shareholders have accurate and adequate information from businesses for free and
fair capital markets. The ICC Employees Information Division would ensure employees have
accurate and adequate information from businesses for free and fair employment markets.
Issues and Guidelines Division
The Issues and Guidelines Division would be an independent, CBO/CDC-type entity. The
CBO provides adequate and useful analysis on the financial impact of legislation under
consideration by Congress and the CDC researches health related issues and provides
citizens with information and recommendations from that research. The ICC Issues and
Guidelines Division would provide voters and employees with information on political,
economic and social issues facing the country and guidelines for addressing them.
